ABOUT US

I moved to Lincoln in 1995. Growing up, home cooking was a must. Making homemade flour tortillas, enjoying amazing food, and having time to talk were daily rituals. My mother showed me how to bake at age 5, and I was cooking by 8. Since moving to Nebraska, I have missed the traditional Valley food. Instead of always going back home for it, I decided it was time to bring that taste to the Midwest.
